Twice a month we meet on a conference call for one hour to support each other in our goals for the week and brainstorm ways to help each other reach them. The value of this is enormous!
In a safe and truly empowering, supportive environment, we call in the power of Higher Consciousness and our own resources to hold our visions for ourselves. You will have an opportunity to tell the group what you are working on that week and where you need feedback.
The accountability factor seems to be what people need most when goal-setting, so built into our hour is time to tell the group what you've accomplished on last week's goals, celebrate successes, and re-commitment and support for what still needs work.
Call is limited to six committed, goals oriented, open minded go-getters, so you'll each receive personalized attention.
Commitment is crucial, so I ask that you sign up for 4 months minimum. This is to create safety in the group so that each person feels a sense of continuity and trust.

- email exchange with me each month for questions or support
